Job Summary:

Partsworld Limited is on the lookout for a skilled Parts Advisor to join our expanding Trade Sales Department. As a member of the Stellantis Distrigo network, we serve local garages and trade customers across Cannock, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

We're looking for a customer-focused team player to support departmental growth and build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

Main Duties include:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts enquiries Identify the correct parts needed based on the customers' requirements, descriptions and given REG/VIN number Provide accurate price quotes and availability information to customers Process and order parts from various manufacturers Track orders, manage delays, and source alternatives to ensure timely delivery Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding parts orders or availability Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers Actively prospect for new business locally Complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records, posting payments and invoicing) Coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and assist with route planning

Experience required:

Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Advisor is essential Confident using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette and practising customer service best practices Familiarity with systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop, CDK, or Autoline preferred

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00
