Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability., and be able to maintain accurate records.

Duties

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the appropriate parts for their vehicles. Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts. Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide support in resolving any issues related to parts orders or inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
