We are a busy and growing company specialising in engine parts, and we're looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to manage our eBay shop and assist with sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, list, and delist products on eBay
Respond to customer messages and resolve any issues professionally
Prepare and send invoices
Handle
counter sales
and assist walk-in customers
Answer and manage calls on the
company landline
Contact garages and workshops by phone to promote our products and generate new sales
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Carry out regular stock checks and coordinate with our warehouse team
Help improve listings and product presentation to boost sales
Requirements:
Experience with
eBay Seller Hub
or similar online sales platforms (preferred)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with trade customers
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
