to provide maternity cover -- starting the week commencing

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in finance admin or credit control who enjoys a varied role and a supportive team environment. You'll play a key part in keeping our accounts function running smoothly, with flexibility around your working days and hours.

What We Offer:
13 per hour
Flexibility in working hours (15-20 hours per week) between Wednesday and Thursday

What You'll Be Doing:
Chasing outstanding payments from customers professionally and proactively
Answering incoming calls and assisting with general customer or supplier queries
Processing invoices and updating financial records accurately
Supporting general office admin including filing and data entry
Liaising with the wider team to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations
?
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts-based role
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Organised, reliable, and happy to pitch in as part of a small team
