Administrative Assistant
to support our team.
The Role
This is a part-time position (16 hours per week) with flexibility around working hours and location. The role would suit someone with a background in administration who is confident using digital tools and accounting software. Experience in construction or engineering environments would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
Manage emails, document filing, and data entry.
Assist with invoicing and accounts using accounting software.
Support compliance and project documentation.
Liaise with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience (construction/engineering sector desirable but not required).
Confident with IT systems and accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
