The Mustard Seed Restaurant in Inverness is looking for a reliable and well-organised
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to support our Restaurant Manager with general administrative duties.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work in a friendly hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
General office administration.
Answering and responding to emails.
Data entry and record keeping.
Assisting the Manager with day-to-day admin tasks.
Supporting smooth office operations.
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with data entry, clerical work, or similar roles is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy to support efficient document preparation
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues
