We are a family run construction company located on Grove Business Park.
We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. 20 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday.
Duties to include:
Answering the office phone and taking messages as necessary; providing first point of contact for visitors; collection of weekly timesheets for authorisation and processing; entering invoices onto our in-house accounts system (Quickbooks - experience of this would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided); keeping all company insurance up to date; ensuring all company vehicles are insured, taxed, MOT'd and serviced; dealing with email enquiries; arranging staff training when required; creating and issuing permits to work when needed; ensuring Sub-Contractor information is up to date; review Health & Safety Policies annually; ordering of office supplies and equipment; ensuring all DBS Certificates are up to date; sending out monthly vehicle inspection checklists and ensuring they are returned; filing; general admin support to the Managing Director and Contracts Managers when needed; general housekeeping and any other duties as and when required.
