Job Description

Cactus Industrial is recruiting for an Internal Sales and Sales Tracking Executive at our warehouse and office in Blantyre (G72 0UP).

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to

track inbound leads

, book and conduct

discovery calls

with potential clients, and

report all sales activity

, pipeline movement, and KPIs, daily.

You will have access to the company's QuickBooks system, and Shopify ecommerce platform. And reporting will be via Excel, or alternative data systems that you are comfortable with.

A good telephone manner and strong communications skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to

inbound leads

, qualify them effectively, and move them through the sales pipeline. Book and conduct

discovery calls

with potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to

prepare proposals and pricing

. Confidently

close deals

and hit revenue targets. Track and report all sales activity, pipeline movement, and KPIs monthly. Monitor and analyse competitor offerings and pricing

KPIs for Success



Discovery calls booked and completed Conversion rate from lead to client Revenue closed per week Daily and weekly sales activity reports

What You'll Need



Proven experience in

sales or business development

Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently Bonus: Experience in the industrial sector Bonus: Experience of using QuickBooks Bonus: Experience of using Shopify
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

High Blantyre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
