We are looking for a
Part-Time Bespoke Administrator
to become part of the Sales Office Team at our Head Office in Yate near Bristol.
Working Hours are Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Bespoke Supervisor.
Build up a thorough understanding of our bespoke shower screen offering.
Answer bespoke enquiries over the phone and by email.
Update and monitor a bespoke planning system.
Enter bespoke orders on the system
Provide a comprehensive service to customers from ascertaining customer requirements to booking appointments for installation
Liaise closely with Office Managers, the Area Sales Team and Service Engineers.
The ideal person will be friendly and approachable with a positive and enthusiastic outlook; good at working with others and motivated to give exceptional service to our customers. They should have a good experience of:
Customer service-related roles.
Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Managing and effectively prioritising workload.
Working in an office or team environment and communicating effectively with a wide range of people.
