Part Time Bookkeeper And Payroll Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper with a strong attention to detail.

Using Excel, Sage, QuickBooks in the cloud and Xero, you must have experience in dealing with the following;

Process sales invoices

Purchase invoices and petty cash records

Bank reconciliation

VAT Returns using standard, cash accounting, flat rate, marginal schemes

EC Sales List

Bookkeeping tasks associated with year end accounts preparation (payroll and fixed assets journals, loan reconciliations)

Assist clients with queries which arise from VAT preparation and liaise with HMRC re changes to submission dates, scheme registration/de-registration

Payrolls:



Would be useful, but not essential. You will be required to prepare the following payrolls for our clients, using Moneysoft:

Weekly

Monthly

Quarterly

Four weekly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 16.50 per hour

Experience:

Accounting: 5 years (preferred) bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
