About Us:

Capital Badges is a UK-based ecommerce business operating on Shopify. We supply customisable products (badges, clothing, displays & more) to schools, businesses, charities and clubs across the UK. We are now looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help us grow and reach new customers.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote, part-time role, ideal for someone who wants to work flexibly around school terms. You will focus on generating new business opportunities, cross-selling to existing customers, and following up on marketing leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new prospects: schools, businesses, charities, clubs
- Use email, social media, and light phone outreach to engage potential customers
- Follow up warm leads generated via our website and email marketing
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
- Keep CRM and records up to date

Ideal Candidate:

- Confident communicator (email and phone)
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised
- Experience in business development, sales or marketing
- Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Shopify Email, Canva etc.)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research
- UK-based, available to work part-time during school term-time

Working Hours:

10-15 hours per week (term-time only), fully remote, flexible schedule.

Pay:

16 - 20 per hour, depending on experience.
