We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Executive to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to grow our customer base and drive revenue -- all while working flexibly from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
Follow up on warm leads and maintain lead records
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal
Confident in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Must have a laptop, stable internet, and a quiet environment for calls
Ability to commit to [15-20 hours/week] with flexibility
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in remote team environments
