residential block management company

based in Solihull, dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. Due to our growing workload, we are looking for a

knowledgeable and experienced conveyancing professional

to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Overview:



We are seeking an individual with a strong background in

conveyancing

to handle

solicitors' enquiries

and complete

LPE1 and FME1 forms

. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in liaising with solicitors and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling

solicitor enquiries

related to property sales and leasehold matters.

Completing and processing LPE1 and FME1 forms

accurately and efficiently. Managing and responding to conveyancing-related queries via phone and email. Providing general

administrative support

within the office. Answering

incoming calls

and assisting with general office duties.

Requirements:



Previous experience in conveyancing is essential

. Strong knowledge of

LPE1 and FME1 forms

and leasehold conveyancing processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with solicitors professionally. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage workloads efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
