We're hiring

part-time Concierge Team Members

to join our energetic and customer-focused team at our

Colchester Head Office

What You'll Be Doing

Handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, web chats, and emails Registering client details and coordinating property viewings Scheduling property valuations Working closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance goals

? Motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
? Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
? Resilient under pressure and deadline-focused
? Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
? Organised and great with time management
? Tech-savvy and quick with data entry
? Track record of providing excellent customer service

Working Hours

One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday):

9am-3pm

Weekday daytime:

9.30am-2.30pm

Evening shifts:

6pm-9pm

Final working hours will be confirmed at the end of the recruitment process, depending on availability.
