Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Harpenden. In this role, you will manage payroll processes and contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding accountancy services.
Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and timely for all clients.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Ability to communicate with clients and delegate tasks
Prepare reports and analyses related to payroll data.
Assist in accounts payable functions as needed.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payroll inquiries.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
Essential to have QuickBook, Xero payroll, BrightPay experience
Experience and knowledge of Nest, People's Pensions and Smart Pension
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
