The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Finance Administrator
to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key role in our finance department and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing wages and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using
Sage 50
, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
Assist with VAT returns and other statutory financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and support internal reporting processes
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in payroll processing and general finance administration
Level 3 / 4 AAT qualified or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of
Sage 50 Accounts
software is essential
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to support wider business operations when needed
Experience with external auditors
