Summary
A vacancy has arisen in the Plymouth office for a position of part-time finance administrator. Hours are 15 hours per week (2 days from 9 am to 5 pm with 30 min unpaid lunch)
every two weeks
. Previous knowledge of bookkeeping is not required for the role; however, previous office experience is needed.
Responsibilities:
Raising and circulating invoices to Bluebird Care customers and external funders using our rostering/invoicing system
Credit control and dealing with any queries raised by customers or funders as required
Other office duties as required
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
