Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer expectations. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to communicate effectively within the team.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications. Ensure all items are checked for quality and correctness before dispatch. Maintain an organised work area to facilitate efficient operations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfilment targets. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly. Support the implementation of best practices for safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Skills

Proficient in copywriting, proposal writing, and creative writing to assist with documentation and communication tasks. Strong fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation. Excellent with social media, story telling, and tiktok able to edit videos and maintain a content with hooks willing to do weekly research on content to create and plan the content for the weeks to come Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and address any issues that arise. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.72 per hour
