Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential issues before they become significant problems. Carry out welding tasks as required for repairs or installations.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various systems including electrical and plumbing. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in supervising teams or projects effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to maintain tools and equipment properly, ensuring they are always ready for use. Competence in welding techniques for repair work when necessary. Strong leadership qualities to guide less experienced staff when required. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
