We are looking for a Part-time HR Administrator to join a school in Ilford. This role requires an organised individual to provide administrative support within the Human Resources department.

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation.
Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Respond to general HR queries from staff and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the smooth running of the department through effective organisation and time management.

Part-time HR Administrator to start ASAP!School based in East London
A successful Part-time HR Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources or a similar department.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team members.
