Hours:
Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch) plus
one additional flexible day
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support including scanning, filing, archiving, handling telephone calls, and audio typing.
Assisting fee earners with compliance tasks such as money laundering checks and file closures.
Typing legal documents as dictated (audio typing is essential).
Producing, amending, and formatting documents using firm templates in line with our quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a
Conveyancing Secretary
is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
A flexible, positive, team-oriented approach.
Fast and accurate audio typing skills.
Experience using
SOS Connect
software is desirable but not essential.
