We are looking for an ambitious and driven internal management accountant to play a pivotal role in our strategic development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our rapid expansion and work closely with the management team to drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee payroll, VAT, tax, invoicing, CIS and manage debtor and creditor controls. Reporting: Prepare forecasts, monthly management accounts, and trial balance reports. Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business profitability and growth. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards. Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with all staff members and collaborate with the management team to support business growth and work closely with our accountants Henderson loggie.
Qualifications and Experience:

Accounting Skills: Proven experience as a management accountant or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software and payroll management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred but not mandatory.
