About the Group
We are a dynamic and growing group of companies operating across three key sectors: serviced offices, facilities management, and retail of outdoor living products. With a strong commitment to service quality and innovation, we are looking to appoint a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to support the financial performance and strategic decision-making of the group.
The Role
Working closely with the Directors, this part-time role combines management accounting and bookkeeping duties to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting. The role involves working across multiple entities and will suit someone highly organised, with experience in both day-to-day finance operations and broader financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Full bookkeeping responsibilities, including:
Sales and purchase ledger processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Supplier account reconciliations
Processing supplier payments and staff expenses
VAT returns and reconciliations
Maintenance of accurate financial records and balance sheet reconciliations
Group cash flow management, monitoring and reporting
Detailed variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across all entities
Supporting operations and management teams with financial insights across serviced offices, facilities, and retail businesses
Assisting with year-end accounts and liaising with external accountants/auditors
Ensuring financial controls and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose
Contributing to systems and process improvements
Preparation of monthly management accounts for each company, including consolidation and group-level reporting
About You
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
Proven experience in management accounting and bookkeeping
Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment with varied income streams
Experience with intercompany charges and loan accounts
Strong working knowledge of xero accounting software
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance staff
