We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team leader in executing various campaigns and initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and B2B outreach.
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts using social media management tools.
Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimising website content, and analysing performance metrics using Google Analytics.
Contribute to content creation through copywriting for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Assist with managing WordPress websites, updating pages, and ensuring content accuracy.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on project timelines using project management tools.
Analyse campaign performance data to recommend improvements and optimise marketing strategies.
Organise and maintain marketing databases.
Contribute to B2B marketing initiatives by developing targeted outreach strategies.
Participate in team meetings, providing insights on campaign progress and project updates.
Qualifications
Proven experience or strong interest in marketing management, SEO optimisation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Canvas equivalent for creating visual content.
Familiarity with WordPress website management.
Strong analysis skills with experience using Google Analytics to interpret data insights.
Excellent copywriting abilities with attention to detail in written communication.
Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X.
Competence in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting and presentations.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies for engaging audiences effectively.
Understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
IT proficiency relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms.
