Purpose of the Role

To strengthen our community presence and increase engagement. This role would serve as the key link between our organisation, local businesses, and community events. Their contribution would directly support relationship-building, increase visibility, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture partnerships with local businesses and communities through proactive outreach (in person, email, phone) to drive referrals and collaborative opportunities. Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and consistently exceed growth targets. Follow up on leads and partner interactions, maintaining accurate records and sharing insights for future campaigns. Engage with wellness teams to explore collaboration opportunities. Plan, manage, and represent Goose at internal and external health events, overseeing all logistics from setup to close. Support marketing and promotional activities, including print, online and social media to raise awareness of our services and community space. Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities within the community. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.

Role Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to confidently engage with businesses and the public. Organisational skills to manage event planning and execution. Evening and weekends required for events 15 + hours per week (Monday - Friday) Background in sales, marketing, or event coordination preferred (but not essential if the candidate is proactive and community-minded).

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
