Part-Time / Freelance Marketing & Content Executive (B2B Focus - Remote + Flexible)

PB Powder Coatings is a specialist surface finishing company delivering elite-level Cerakote and powder coating from our dedicated facility in Lincolnshire. We're trusted by top-tier commercial clients across engineering, cycling, and custom fabrication - and now we're ready to take our marketing to the next level.

This is a new role for the company, and we're looking for someone who's excited by that. Someone who's proactive, takes real ownership, and brings creative ideas for how we present ourselves to the world and attract the right commercial clients.

We don't need someone to wait for instructions - we need someone who sees the opportunity to shape how our brand looks, sounds, and grows. You'll mostly work remotely, but we'd love someone UK-based who can visit our site (Gainsborough, Lincolnshire) occasionally when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow our LinkedIn presence - creating confident, engaging B2B content

- Keep Instagram updated with visually strong, on-brand content

- Help shape our visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms

- Turn real jobs, processes, and team wins into high-impact marketing content

- Suggest and lead creative marketing ideas that reflect the quality of our work

- Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office to stay aligned with the team

- Build a simple but consistent marketing plan focused on visibility and commercial leads

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in content marketing, especially LinkedIn (essential)

- Confident writing content that sounds natural, professional, and commercial

- Creative mindset - strong eye for visuals, branding, and presentation (Canva or similar)

- Self-motivated and reliable - able to lead the role without being micromanaged

- Good with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and digital tools

- Ideally some knowledge of coatings, engineering, or manufacturing (not essential)

- Someone looking to grow with us long-term as our go-to marketing person

UK-based - remote working with occasional site visits to Gainsborough, Lincolnshire

Part-time or freelance - 1-2 days per week (flexible setup)

Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer depending on experience

A new and flexible role with room to grow as the business expands
