Salary: 12.90-14.00 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioners or Assistant Practitioner to join our team.
As a Practitioner, you will:
Deliver the EYFS framework through engaging, child-led play
Support the development of key children through observation, assessment, and planning
Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
Ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice is at the heart of everything you do
Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team in a well-resourced, stimulating environment
What We're Looking For
A full & relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years preferable but not essential
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (Essential)
A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements (Essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to high-quality childcare
