We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll reports to clients, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills.
Duties
Process weekly and monthly payrolls for a diverse client base.
Upload pension contribution statements and ensure compliance.
Handle annual payroll tasks, including preparation and submission of P11Ds.
Communicate effectively with internal team and clients to manage deadlines.
Maintain accurate payroll records for reporting and audit purposes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in payroll processing, preferably within an accountancy or multi-client environment
Familiarity with UK payroll legislation, pension uploads, and P11D compliance
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach
Confident communicator and self-motivated individual
