You'll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly -- from supporting consultants and managing project documentation to helping streamline internal processes.
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project and business support teams
Attend internal meetings, take minutes, and record action points
Book and coordinate contractors and site works
Raise and issue purchase orders, manage cost-related project documents, and maintain records in
WorkflowMax
(training provided if needed)
Support vehicle and equipment management (bookings, services, calibration scheduling)
Manage incoming invoices, ensuring timely review and approval
Help refine and improve existing administrative processes
Provide ad-hoc support across teams where required
What We're Looking For
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Competent with digital tools and project management software (experience with
WorkflowMax
is an advantage)
Previous experience in an administrative role or within the geo-environmental/engineering sector is desirable
