Role Overview:
As a
Part-Time Property Manager
, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our clients throughout their rental journey. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional property visits to cover holidays or support the team. You will manage the rental process from start to finish, handle landlord and tenant relationships, and maintain compliance and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage applicant enquiries and book viewings
Create property adverts and bring them to market
Negotiate rental terms to achieve the best outcomes for landlords and tenants.
Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring maintenance and compliance are up to date.
Book interim inspections for our viewer and report their findings to landlords.
Handle tenant queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Assist with tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes including deposit returns.
On occasion you may be required to photograph properties, conduct property viewings, interim inspections and check outs
Additional Responsibilities:
We are also looking for someone who can take ownership of our
social media presence
. You'll help grow our online visibility by regularly posting industry-relevant content and advertising properties for rent and sale. Full guidance and support will be provided initially.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in lettings is an advantage, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Full, clean driving licence and access to a car (essential for occasional appointments).
Reliable and available for Saturday mornings (hours are negotiable).
