Bridge House, Station Way, Westbury - BA13 4HR

Hours:

16 hours per week over 4 days (10:00am-2:00pm). Applicants must be available to work on Fridays.

Salary:

12.60 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. This role will support the accurate maintenance of financial records and contribute to the efficient operation of the purchase ledger function.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Input invoices into Sage 50 Accounts Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies Support month-end processes as required Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department Maintain and update the tracker spreadsheet for Key Account purchases

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable position is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is advantageous Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
