Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and financial records.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Support other administrative staff with tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
Proficient in using computerised systems and software including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail in data entry and document management is crucial.
