We're looking for a confident, dynamic person to join our team at Chapter One as a
Part-Time Receptionist
. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests and help lead the front-of-house team during busy shifts.Main duties:
Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries Oversee front-of-house operations during your shifts Open and close the restaurant, following set procedures Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service Handle guest feedback professionally
You'll need:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (supervisory a plus) Excellent communication and organisation skills Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure Availability to work part-time, including weekends
