Hours:
16 hours per week, plus overtime. Usually two shifts per week, shift times are usually 15:00 -23:00 (M-F) and 11:00-23:00 (weekends) - variation to shifts can be discussed prior to interview, although mornings are not required.
Roster:
Currently a 4 week rolling roster is in place to include an alternate weekend day and Bank holidays.

As a
Part-time Residential Childcare Support Worker,
you will perform a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team, and being a responsible, trusted 'parent figure' for looked-after children.
Your responsibilities include:
Building strong, positive relationships with children who have experienced traumatic and difficult backgrounds
Supporting their educational and emotional development, helping them to heal and thrive
Plan and co-ordinate engaging, fun activities, encouraging the children's leisure interests
Ensure a structured, safe, comfortable home environment
Follow regulatory processes using IT, good administration and record keeping
