An opportunity has arisen for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to apply for the customer focused role as Sales Adviser/Driver based in our Leeds store.

Previous customer service experience and an interest in hair and beauty would be ideal and in addition you should also possess basic keyboard skills. You should have some retail or customer service experience and have a flexible approach to work.

Sales advisor: - 27.5 hours average weekly

Monday 12.30 - 17.00

Wednesday and Thursday 08.30 - 17.00

Friday 08.30 - 13.30

Two Sundays per month 10-2

We are looking for individuals who can:

Act as a first point of contact in dealing with customers

Develop product knowledge

Remain calm and cheerful under pressure

Process cash and credit card transactions

Have a good telephone manner, communication skills and interpersonal skills

Generate customer goodwill by interacting with the clients

Merchandise stock

Complete housekeeping and stock tasks

Pick telephone and email orders for delivery

Be able to work additional hours in busy and holiday periods

Must be a confident driver to deliver to customers daily
