Miss Macaroon is a social enterprise, providing young people with complex needs like mental health issues, Autism and learning differences, real work experience and future prospects. Our stores are based at Resorts World Birmingham, B40 1PU.

The role of the part time retail assistant is to serve customers, promote our products and social aims with passion, and ensure that all customers and Macaroons that Make A Difference course trainees are satisfied.

You will be a passionate, organised and committed individual who is excited by both our business and social aims. The role will involve sharing daily updates on social media and liaising with the kitchen team to ensure perfect products are served and wastage is kept to a minimum. You will also have the opportunity to work with the team to create engaging product displays and promotions.
