We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Milton Keynes working with businesses across sectors like construction, trades, recruitment, health clinics, interior designers, waste management, and more.

We're looking for a confident, commercially-minded Sales & Outreach Assistant to help generate qualified leads for our web design, SEO, and PPC services.

Your Role

This is a high-activity, fast-paced role focused entirely on generating meetings with decision-makers.

Use our CRM and lead spreadsheets to record short 2-4 minute Loom videos introducing our services (web design, SEO, PPC) Confidently follow up by phone and LinkedIn to get decision-makers on a call Use tools like SEMrush to screen websites and build a case for improvement Send follow-up emails and keep all communication organised in our CRM Pass over qualified, interested leads to our in-house sales team to close
Your job is simple: Book meetings. We'll handle the rest.

What we're looking for:

Strong phone presence -- you're great at cold calls Comfortable on camera (you'll be recording yourself daily using Loom) Confident writing follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages Some knowledge of website design, SEO, PPC, SEMrush or similar tools Can follow a structured outreach process and deliver high output volume daily Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation or agency work is a big plus

Hours & Setup

Part-time, 16-20 hours per week 2-3 days per week in our Milton Keynes office Flexible hours, but this is an in-office, not remote role

Compensation

11-12/hour base pay Generous commission for: Qualified meetings booked Deals closed by our sales team Real earning potential if you're proactive and commercially sharp
