The Opportunity

Hours are Saturday & Sunday

We're looking for like minded individuals who are looking for opportunities to grow as we do. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a shop floor assistant to join our award-winning boutique.

The successful candidate will provide first class service to customers, contributing to an exceptional experience from enquiry through to after care.

Supporting the business in everyway inc providing efficient and courteous reception and telephone services to both internal and external customers which project a good image of the company.

Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Previous experience is desirable

Key duties

Making sales

Dealing with telephone calls, text, WhatsApp messages and s.m messages.

Answering customer queries and handling complaints

Cash handling

Receipt making

Diary Running

Shop floor Tasking

Collating information

Helping with forward planning and projects

Paperwork and filing

Helping with Stock management

Packaging & posting orders

Checking orders

Any other receptionist /PA duties required

As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are presentable at all times engaging in positive communication with the team and customers. Acting as a professional at all times and delivering consistently exceptional service to all. You are also required to be friendly, courteous and professional at all times and must remain calm during hectic periods.

Experience essential and knowledge about Indian clothing is a must. Full training will be given.

Pay is minimum wage plus commission. Upto 15 per hour.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 6.50-15.00 per hour
