Tabio, a premium Japanese legwear brand, is looking for an experienced and reliable Part-time Shop Assistant to join our team. This role requires flexibility to meet the changing demands of the retail seasons, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency year-round.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a keen understanding of current trends and the ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and maturity.
Working Hours (Seasonal Variation):
Peak Season (October - January): 24 hours per week(Ideally 4 days)
Off-Peak Season (February - September): 8 to 16 hours per week(1 or 2 days)
Key Requirements:
Previous retail experience is essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adjust working days according to seasonal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Apply strategic sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to optimise sales opportunities.
Ensure the store's organisation and presentation align with company standards.
Process transactions with precision and assist in maintaining effective inventory control.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, ideally in high-end retail.
Dependable, proactive, and capable of handling tasks autonomously.
In-depth knowledge of current trends.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items.
Flexible for working hours including weekends and bank holidays
