Key Responsibilites

:

Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain high standards on the shop floor, ensuring excellent prouduct presentaiton. Process deliveries, mechandise the department, and drive sales to meet targets. Collaborate with the Manager to ensure operational excellence in both front and back house.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Experience in Women's fashion and retail sales. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover shifts for sickness and holidays.

Summary

As a Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a vibrant retail environment. Reporting to the Area Manager your core responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and promoting our diverse range of products. With a focus on retail sales and fashion retail, your ability to engage with customers and provide tailored recommendations will be essential.
