Looking for Part-Time telesales team members to support a growing business!

The Role

In this role you'll be responsible for contacting and advising new and existing clients.

Your working day will consist of making a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.

What we are looking for:-

? Ideally, have experience in telesales or working towards targets in a sales environment.

? Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with confidence making outbound calls.

? Confidence and resilience when handling challenging conversations.

? Self-motivated and be results driven with hunger for success.

? Positive and curious mindset with an ability to learn quickly.

? Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows based PCs and Internet use.

? Expectation to write and send emails to a service professional level.

? Comfortable with repetitive outbound calling.

? Can work from and travel to our St. Asaph office.

On-the-job training will be provided through a six-month probationary period.

You will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with our members across the UK.

The Package

? A Pro-rata salary of up to 25,500 plus a performance-based bonus.

? Permanent contract, flexible working for 20 hours a week Monday - Friday

Pay: 12,750.00-25,500.00 per year
