Passive Fire Administrator
to support our busy Passive Fire Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and have a knack for admin, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Raise and manage
purchase orders
and invoice receipts.
Keep paperwork and digital files
up-to-date and organised
.
Review completed job reports and
ensure data accuracy
.
Monitor
CASH system
data to help generate reports for the Department Manager.
Cross-check timesheets vs.
vehicle tracker and system records
.
Handle and file
survey data
efficiently.
Work with the Stock Controller to organise
materials and supplies
.
Provide general
administrative and data entry support
to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Bring:
Strong
Excel skills
.
Minimum
3 years of admin experience
.
Comfortable using CRMs - ideally familiar with
CASH
.
Desirable:
Experience in the
Passive Fire
industry.
Understanding of
fire system regulations
.
Previous work in a similar
technical admin
role.
