Job Overview

Following the continued growth of our business we are looking to our expand team with an experienced Passive Fire Manager. We look for individuals with resilience, determinations and a drive to succeed who consistently goes the extra mile and sets high standards for themselves and their team. We are a specialist contractor delivering high-quality passive fire protection solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Our work includes fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance, and compartmentation surveys.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver Fire door projects Consistently maintain excellent client communication based in transparency and honesty Review and interpret fire stopping technical drawings, Specifications and schedules Liaise with clients, contractors and site managers to coordinate works and resolve issues quickly Conduct timely inspections of works in progress and completed tasks Input and maintain project data using Uptick Ensure installation works meet third party accreditation requirements (e.g. BM TRADA, relevant British standards BS 8214, BS 9999.) Lead toolbox talks and enforces health and safety compliance Prepare and submit project documentation - RAMS Run your own passive fire division being responsible for sales, operations and project quotations to completion Reporting directly to the Managing Director Manage and deliver Fire Damper works

Able to manage multiple projects at once A great leader Strong knowledge of fire stopping systems, compartmentation and BM TRADA certification processes Knowledge of relevant standards (BS 8214, BS 9999, Building regulations Part B.) Willing to take on new challenges Clear and confident communicator Be willing to travel

Pay

:

50,000.00 per year with up to 30,000.00 in annual bonuses
