Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor work progress and provide guidance to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement system designs that enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess compliance with project specifications. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development. Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate risks. Giving Toolbox Talks and Inductions to new Engineers

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Passive Fire industry is essential. Strong knowledge of Fire Doors processes, materials, and safety regulations. Familiarity with system design principles is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
