We are seeking a talented and passionate Pasta Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities to ensure timely service.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
Collaborate with management to create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Previous experience in food production and hospitality is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
