The Academies are looking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated pastoral leader who can work within our highly successful Gateway team across the Academies. The post is a non-teaching position to allow the successful candidate to dedicate their time to supporting our fantastic students to achieve their very best.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with students and staff across the Academies in making sure students' pastoral needs are being met to allow an outstanding education to be delivered. We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated team-player who has excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in working with large numbers of students at secondary school.

Glenmoor Academy, located in Ensbury Park, Bournemouth, Dorset, is a mainstream secondary school for girls aged 11-16. It has around 573 students.
The academy was founded in 1877 as Winton British School for boys and girls; it opened with 40 pupils and all lessons were held in the Winton Congregational Church. Later, the land for the Winton and Moordown Schools was bought and work began to build an establishment for 1,250 children, which opened in January 1911.
