Job Description

Endon High School are looking for a Pastoral Leader to work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide specific pastoral support to the school. The successful applicant will need to be able to support vulnerable students with personal, social, developmental, behavioural and emotional issues to help and support them in school and identify personalised support (coaching and mentoring) and therapeutic interventions in line with appropriate and identified school links (e.g. CAMHS) and the school nurse. You will also be a DSL and have safeguarding responsibilities.

Salary: Grade 7 - SCP 24 - 28 - 29,093 - 32,655 FTE (Pay Award Pending)

Actual Salary: 25,358 - 28,463

Working hours: 37 hours per week - 38 weeks plus 5 Inset days - 39 weeks per year

Contract type: Permanent
