Role Responsibilities: As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students\' emotional and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one guidance and support to students facing personal challenges or emotional difficulties.
• Implementing and overseeing the school\'s pastoral care programs.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best support for students.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Identifying and addressing the needs of vulnerable students.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
• Previous experience in a pastoral support or counseling role.
• Relevant qualifications in counseling or pastoral care.
