Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage the appointment diary, schedule and confirm bookings
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times
Process payments and billing tasks
Coordinate effectively with dentists, nurses, and other team members
Handle day-to-day challenges with professionalism and initiative
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (dental or medical preferred)
Confident, clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Organised and detail-oriented, even in busy or high-pressure situations
Proficient in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Exact, Open Dental)
A friendly, empathetic attitude with a focus on patient care
Discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality
A proactive team player who's not afraid to take initiative and problem-solve
