A forward-thinking individual who thrives as part of a supportive team
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and supporting patients throughout their visit
Handling phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional way
Managing patient records accurately and confidentially
Keeping our reception area welcoming and organised
Communicating clearly with patients about appointments, treatments, and options
Helping patients feel reassured and positive about their dental care
Working closely with the Practice Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and taking ownership of your tasks
Supporting management by following practice policies, sharing feedback from patients, and contributing to continuous practice growth
What we offer you:
A welcoming, supportive, and fun team environment
Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role
The chance to make a real difference in how patients feel about visiting the dentist
A workplace where your professionalism, care, and ideas are valued
At Chancery Dental Duston, we believe visiting the dentist should feel positive and stress-free and you'll be at the heart of making that happen.
